Our Story

Established In 2024 Paws in the Country Worcester was born out of our deep passion for dogs and love for the countryside. The idea of providing tailored dog walking services in our home village of Crowle and the surrounding villages came naturally to us, as we wanted to create a service that truly catered to the individual needs of each furry companion.

Being fully insured, pet first aid trained and DBS checked, we ensure the wellbeing and happiness of all the pets in our care. Our commitment to providing a bespoke service sets us apart from others, as we understand that every pet is unique and deserves special attention.

Our Community Work

At Paws In The Country, supporting the place we call home is at the heart of who we are. As a family‑run business, we’re proud to give back through hands‑on volunteering, helping local groups, and contributing to the events that bring Crowle and the wider village community together. Being part of our community matters deeply to us, and we’re committed to helping it thrive in every way we can.

How We Support Our Community

  • 1st Crowle Scouts — Danielle serves as a Leader, and Dan volunteers as a Trustee, helping guide and support young people in the village.
  • Crowle Village Bonfire — Wood collection, setup, cleanup, and marshalling for both the 2024 and 2025 events.
  • Supporting Crowle Young Farmers — Assisting with marshalling and car‑parking support for the Crowle 10k.
  • Supporting Crowle Searchers Football — Volunteering for setup, cleanup, and marshalling at the annual football tournament 2026

Every hour volunteered, every event supported, and every group we stand behind reflects our commitment to the people and places that make our countryside special.

Our Community Dog Waste Bag Dispenser Scheme 

We’re proud to share with the support of Crowle Parish Council, we have installed three community dog waste bag dispensers in Crowle village. One on the Jubilee Playing Fields and one at each end of Froxmere Road. We hope these initial dispensers will be the first of further units as the Village continues to grow and develop.

These dispensers are fully funded, stocked, and maintained by us, as part of our commitment to encouraging responsible dog ownership & keeping our village clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.
